Cakalang Rica

A very simple but popular dish from Manado, my parents hometown.

Smoked Tuna, we call them Cakalang Fufu, fried till crispy outside but still moist inside. The chilly was prepared using red hot chilly, tomatoes, lemon leaf, a bit of ginger, all ground together and fried in a pan.
